Παρουσιάζει πλούσιο πρόγραμμα με διαγωνιστικό χαρακτήρα και μοναδικές παγκόσμιες πρεμιέρες και πρεμιέρες στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, ευφάνταστες ταινίες από όλο τον κόσμο, εμπνευσμένους δημιουργούς και πιστούς θεατές, που περιμένουν με ανυπομονησία την έναρξη του Φεστιβάλ.
Στο πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνονται ταινίες μεγάλου μήκους μυθοπλασίας, μικρού μήκους μυθοπλασίας, ντοκιμαντέρ, video art και πειραματικές ταινίες. Υπάρχει επίσης και ειδικό διαγωνιστικό τμήμα σεναρίου. Με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη σύγχρονη φιλοσοφία του ανεξάρτητου κινηματογράφου, οι δουλειές αυτές δίνουν το στίγμα του νέου ελληνικού σινεμά από όλο τον κόσμο, που ονειρεύεται, δημιουργεί, σχεδιάζει, τολμά και διεκδικεί, παρά τις δυσκολίες.
Το Σάββατο 20 Μαΐου, το Θέατρο Τέχνης το Λονδίνου, θα φιλοξενήσει επίσης την τελετή των «Βραβείων Οδυσσέας», στη διάρκεια της οποίας οι καλύτερες ταινίες ανά κατηγορία θα βραβευτούν, όπως ψηφίστηκαν από την κριτική επιτροπή. Βραβεία θα δοθούν επίσης μεταξύ άλλων, σε ηθοποιούς, σεναριογράφους, σκηνοθέτες και ερμηνευτές.
Το Φεστιβάλ Ελληνικού Κινηματογράφου Λονδίνου προοδευτικό, εναλλακτικό και δημιουργικό όπως πάντα, παραμένει πιστό στο στόχο του, παρά τις αντιξοότητες: να ενεργεί ως το διεθνές σημείο συνάντησης για το σύγχρονο ελληνικό κινηματογράφο από όλο τον κόσμο.

Το London Greek Film Festival αγαπήθηκε και αγκαλιάστηκε μέσα σε αυτή τη δεκαετία, κεντρίζοντας το ενδιαφέρον σκηνοθετών, ακαδημαϊκών, ηθοποιών, παραγωγών, τεχνικών, καλλιτεχνών, σινεφίλ και φοιτητών, που συμφωνούν, διαφωνούν, συζητούν, και πάνω από όλα οραματίζονται για το μέλλον του ελληνικού κινηματογράφου και του ελληνικού πολιτισμού εν γένει.
Με υψηλό επίπεδο συμμετοχών και πραγματικά αξιοζήλευτες ταινίες, το London Greek Film Festival σηματοδοτεί με τον εορτασμό των δέκα χρόνων του, την ξεχωριστή και ανταγωνιστική σύγχρονη ελληνική κινηματογραφία στο διεθνές περιβάλλον. Είναι οι Δημιουργοί, όλοι αυτοί οι σπουδαίοι καλλιτέχνες που συμμετέχουν στην υλοποίηση μιας ταινίας, και προβάλλουν με το έργο τους το σπουδαίο δημιουργικό πρόσωπο της σύγχρονης Ελλάδας.
