Η τελετή απονομής των βραβείων Σεζάρ θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 2 Μαρτίου 2018 στο Salle Pleyel στο Παρίσι.
Όπως έχει ήδη ανακοινώσει η Γαλλική Ακαδημία Κινηματογράφου το φετινό τιμητικό βραβείο Σεζάρ θα απονεμηθεί στην Πενέλοπε Κρουζ.
